How long does my order take?
Most products are ordered on demand. With such large quantities of products we are not able to stock all of these items for next day delivery.
We aim to have all your Custom Wear orders processed and completed within 10 working days.
All Team Wear orders will be processed and completed within 10/15 working days due to the products coming from across Europe
All turnarounds are based on all the products being in stock with our suppliers
What formats do we accept for artwork ?
We use corel draw to design all our artwork but we can accept many different formats.
We can use CDR, EPS and ai. These can also be in PDF format as long as the desing is in a vector format within the PDF.
This coud have you a design set up fee.
But we can also work with other formats including JPG and PNG, as these are not vector formats and need converted to vector, there may be a set up fee applied
How will I receive my artwork ?
Currently you will receive your proof via email, or what ever is easier for you.
Though we are working on a new up-to-date software that will handle all of this for us.

Also not approving artwork within 24hours can hold up the order process

We are always updating our website with new products, but if you don’t see the product your looking for, contact us and hopefully we can source the product you are looking for?
What is the best application for my product?
We offer 2 main applications!
Embroidery and Heat Transfer Vinyl.
All depends on your product. Below the price on the product page you will find “Customization available in – Embroidery / Print”. This is will let you know what application we recommend, But if you are unsure please contact us directly and we will be glad to help
Do we provide samples?
Yes samples are available in our shop store. All samples will be charged out at RRP but this will be refunded when the items are returned.
If you live close to us. feel free to call into out store and try the samples on.
